lovely complexity of flavours, The length is extraordinary, with lovely meadow flowers melding with a savoury hint of thyme.

It is a honey with increased healthy characteristics that are determined by a study of " Antibacterial and antioxidant properties of MELLIN Honey compared to MANUKA
Honey UMF 24+ " , which was carried out by University of Thessaly(Greece), school of health science.
Thyme honey exhibited antibacterial activity equal to the worldwide known MANUKA honey UMF 24+. This is the first and only university study that has been done for branded Greek honey!!!
