  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as wire transfers, Paypal, Western Union.

    In which currency will you charge me?

    You will be charged in euros (EUR). Your credit card company determines the rate of exchange on the day your order was placed. The charge of your credit card statement may differ slightly from the charge shown on our website due to daily fluctuations in exchange rates or credit card company policies.

    Which countries do you deliver to?

    We deliver to 244 countries worldwide.

    What is the shipping cost?

    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight/volume of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide.

    Will you let me know when my order is dispatched?

    Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We will also keep you informed by email of the progress of your package each step of the way, from the time we ship your order until final delivery.

    Can you guarantee a delivery time?

    Although we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the requested delivery day. Please review our Shipping rates & policies for more details.

    Where is my order and when will it be delivered?

    Please check the tracking information sent to you upon shipment. We will also keep you informed by email of the progress of your package each step of the way from the time we ship your order until final delivery.

    Can you provide a proof of delivery?

    A delivery receipt notification is emailed to you within 3 hours of delivery with the name of the consignee as well as the local time of delivery.

    Do you deliver to hotels, hospitals, companies, etc.?

    Yes. The reception desk will sign for the package and notify your recipient.

    What happens if the recipient is not available at delivery time?

    If your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery, Courier Service will automatically re-deliver the next business day. If your recipient is still not present the next day, Courier service will leave a note on the door with the package's tracking number and the local phone number of the nearest Courier Service agency. It will be up to your gift recipient to contact Coourier Service and schedule an appointment for delivery.

    Do you deliver on weekends?

    Our shipping carrier does not deliver on weekends.

    Do you have a shop?

    No, we currently do not have any shops. You will find us exclusively online.

    Do you offer coupons?

    No, we do not offer any coupons.

    Will you rent/sell my personal information?
