Faithful to our philosophy, we guarantee the Galician origin of our sardines, always starting from a fresh and carefully selected product. The size of the sardine is essential and we choose the smallest the law allows to fish in our estuaries.

The process begins by cleaning the sardines with sea water before slightly frying them which will give them that color and texture so characteristic to our make.

Finally, they are eviscerated, the best pieces are chosen and they are manually canned. The olive oil tops off a unique presentation for each can.
