100% natural process is what gives these olives their unparalleled taste. "We allow the olives to ripen on the tree, then they are slowly and naturally seasoned in the traditional way. In brine (salted water) and red balsamic vinegar, topped with a layer of extra virgin olive oil". This is a salad classic and healthy snack, packed with nutrients.

Tip: You can always tell a naturally-cured black olive because its colour varies slightly.
