  • Cacao At an unusual altitude, in the vicinity of the Machu Picchu fortress, in the valley of the Urubamba River, grow old and sturdy "Chuncho" cacao trees. And they are really impressive - some are even 200 years old! For a long time, this type of bean was thought to be extinct, but recently it was rediscovered and recognized as the most aromatic cocoa in the world. Peruvian Urubamba chocolate has an extremely smooth texture, full of floral, green and fresh fruity notes.

     

    Ingredients: cocoa beans*, sugar*, cocoa butter*. May contain traces of milk and hazelnuts. Cocoa solids at least 70%.
