    Description: Bulgur is a nutritious and easy whole grain made of cracked wheat. Works as a great replacement for rice or quinoa. It’s perfect in salads, soup and as a simple side dish. Tabbouleh is Mediterranean salad tangy and tasty.

    Ingredients: Greek bulgur (groat) from durum wheat 93%, sweet paprika, onion, turmeric, parsley, garlic.

    Each pack contains 400g/ 6+ portions

    Boiling time: 15'-20'

    Recipe: 1 cup vegetable soup to 4-5 cups liquids. Add vegetable soup in boiling water or in a broth and cook for 15’. Add olive oil, sea salt and pepper. Remove the pot from the heat and let it rise for 5’ more. For a juicier soup, add more liquids. We can use it in pies and recipes instead of rice.
